The small hotel is located in a side street next to a busy street but is closed off by other buildings so it was quiet considering it is a big busy city. Near the hotel, on the main road, there are many cafes and shops for every taste. Everything in the small room is new, everything works. Kettle + two pairs of cups with spoons, bagged tea and coffee. Refrigerator (empty), safe in the wardrobe, also has an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV. The shower room has everything you need, good ventilation. Lovely soft terry towels. Comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Everything is simple, but you are like home. The reception is in the building opposite (there is also a cafe).

The breakfast was always a choice of eggs and toast or a Vietnamese dish, which was different every day. The room was spacious, local cable TV available, good working aircon, hot water, and plenty of light. The location was in a backstreet, which kept the main road noise to a minimum. There is a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a gas station right around the corner. A street market straight across the street, and a handful of restaurants on the block. A minute walk to the cathedral, post office, and other main sightseeing points. The front door was locked at night and you needed a code, which gave a sense of safety.

If you are looking for a family-held cute hotel in the centre of the D3, that's a perfect solution. Don't consider this option if you get used to all-star chain hotel brands that you find in every country. - Very helpful and respectful staff, always smiling and positive; they helped me to get my luggage to the room although there is no evelator - Great location for D3 - Perfect choice if you want to have a local experience, not skyscraper-style city visit -Very spacious and clean room - Air conditioning works perfectly - Fingerprint hotel access so you can enter at any time even if there's noone there

LeBlanc Saigon is relatively centrally (district 3, close to district 1) located hotel that covers very well all the basic needs of a tourist like me. Good location, spacious rooms, fridge, tea, coffee and water available, tasty breakfasts cooked to order, easy to let yourself in. Staff is very nice, speaks limited English, but super helpful and if there are any communication problems, they get solved with a help of automated translation. I also liked that my room had an iron and ironing board, very often the hotels in Vietnam try to earn money by requiring you to order the ironing service, but not here.

Room as in picture. Aircon was quiet, there's a fridge with a small freezer, tv, water boiler and 2 tea cups, good internet. On top floor they have a washing machine you can use, just buy soap at the family mart around the corner. The location is good, just around the corner from a busy street so it's quiet, but easily accessible. The area is interesting, it's like an up and coming hipster area, so you have a few tall office buildings, but mostly small shops and still cheap food. Would stay here again. Stayed there for 5 days.
